Chara Sparsi is a co-founder and Director at RED HR Solutions. She has more than 20 years’ experience in human resource management sector both in Cyprus and abroad covering a whole range of issues such as recruitment and selection, planning and implementing assessment and development centres, designing and implementing the strategic model of Business Partner, training and development, and performance evaluation systems. She is a Certified Industrial Relations Officer by the Cyprus Ministry of Labour, Welfare and Social Insurance and a Certified Trainer by the Cyprus Human Resource Development Authority.  She holds a Master (MSc) in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from London School of Economics and Political Sciences and a bachelor’s degree in Management Science from the University of Warwick in the UK
