Philippos Philippou is a co-founder and Director of the RED HR Solutions. He has  more than 25 years of experience both in Cyprus and abroad with specialisation in areas of operational efficiency, performance measurement and  human resources. He has helped various companies across different industries in reengineering their operations, improving their productivity and implementing new technology. He is a member of the Cyprus Human Resource Management Association and certified industrial relations officer of the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance. He holds an MBA from the Manchester Business School and University of Wales
